You're almost in the clear! When I used to have to kick a caffeine addiction (I could tell when I was hooked), it took about 3 days for my system to get back to normal.
I started drinking water back in Nov when I got a gym membership, and truthfully, though I long for the taste of a coke or pepsi sometimes, I'm very happy with water, preferably nice and cold, but also doable room-temperature.
I've lost at least 5-8 lbs drinking water only. I don't even jump to gatorade or lemonade anymore. They just don't do it for me now. *shrugs*

I remember pulling myself off of caffine some time ago, and having absolutely killer headaches for at least two or three days going cold turkey. What I did learn, though, is that you can consume caffine without the hard-core addiction if you drink it very gradually throughout a prolonged period of time--like the difference between downing a cup of coffee in ten minutes and spreading it out over an hour and a half. The only bummer is that you have to be over your addiction first for it to really work. Good luck.

I usually drink half-caf. So whenever I go without, it doesn't seem to be a really huge deal. On the other hand, the days I have a full espresso, I am FLYING!
