Not much different here in the "other city" up north. I am pleased as punch to pay my $700.00/month mortgage on my 3 bedroom house. Glad I got into the housing market before it went crazy.

You guys are actually cheaper down there. A small crappy one bedroom up here is about 875.00 a month.
