It also sounds like a project manager should be force-fed his favorite handheld data manager, followed by a side dish of shoving his head back up his ass afterward.
That will do for a start.

I've got my own "crew" that deals with stuff like that. Not that I ever ask them to do anything. It's more like they hear I'm unhappy and have the mistaken impression that something needs to be done. I try to tell them that violence isn't the answer but they don't always listen.
They're quite loyal that way.
