When it comes to your boss I've always had the feeling it's more a matter of the latter, Vince. Perhaps a bit of both, though.
I'm really glad for your sake that you can continue to have your classes reimbursed. You're right, that DOES say something and that's great news!
I'm cautiously optimisitc right now. I have a 1 on 1 next week and hopefully it will just be business related. Although some positive feedback would be appreciated.
