I understand that process. I know it from my parents. I've heard from people who endured market crash of late 20's and world war knows what it take survive -save as much as possible/spend as little as you can.

Then on the other hand, our consumerism is what is keeping our porous economy afloat. If all the people decided to save up(yeah right)...and eliminate their debt( as if money comes off teh trees)...Now we would be big trouble...big big trouble.
