I absolutely HATE HATE HATE calling tech support on my internet access. We actually have Parental Controls through AT&T on our connection, and often the Parental Control application will have issues, which means that NOBODY can get online at all. Whatsoever. Ugh. What I go through to keep my kids from looking at porn.
