Probably the 2 teams I hate the most, Flyers and the Sens. I'm predicting a 4-0 Flyers win.

$8,536.58
Anybody know what that number means?
I won't keep you in suspense. That's what the Ottawa Senators paid Ray Emery tonight.
Don't feel that bad. Toronto were paying Tucker more than that to score the game winner against us when Colorado were here.
You live by the buyout, you die by the buyout.

Well that was a completely uninspired performance last night.
Obviously Leclaire needs to be way better. Fucking goalies.
Will be looking to see if Clouston steps up and does what Paddock and Hartsburg refused to do and take an axe to the ice time of the only big salary that is truly fucking the dog.

For those keeping track, that is the 2,345th sham wow joke from Duff in the last two years.
Duff, dump the rabbit ears and get some cable tv, I beg you.

Who is that?
Not surprisingly, that would be Kovalev. I probably watch a couple of dozen Habs games a year and I don't recall him ever being this invisible. We all knew he would float around on lots of shifts and take entire games off but not to this extent.
I'm becoming more convinced that part of the reason Kovalev was signed was because everyone knew he would replace Spezza as the local whipping boy.

Ever see the Hitchcock film "Strangers on a Train"?
Lets arrange something like that? You take Blake, we'll pay a visit to Kovalev.
Let me know!

I'd trade Blake for Kovalev straight up. At this point, I'd even throw in a draft pick to sweeten the deal.
I don't mind a lack of production if there's a clear effort being shown. That's why I don't really mind that Cheechoo hasn't scored much. Of course I'd like hiim to be doing better, but at least I see a fairly consistent effort from him every night.
What burns me about Kovalev is that he isn't even trying. Not even a little. Half the time it looks like he was paid off by the other team to throw the game. The other half he's invisible.
