I worry about the same thing happening to someone close to me.
We'll just have cross our fingers and HOPE (really really bad) that the same thing does not happen again and the government really did something about it.

I had a module last year called "Vehicle Safety", basically I learn from accident statistic for part of the module. Apparently, for land transportation. BUS IS THE SAFEST mode of transport with the least accidents percentage. Apparently not in our country. Get away from buses ppl. WALK. :D
Dr. Tan: Well, the statistics are all averages. Have one part with a spike and all the others are valleys and you still get a fucking flat piece of land.
bus being the safest mode of travel providing there isnt a #!$@ for a driver.

Hopefully the authorities will do something about this issue and not give all of us false hopes again. It is tragic to see one life ending after another due to their irresponsibilities.

i don't wanna sound like some campaigner or an opportunist. i simply hope you are not going to take this sitting down and that you know change is possible and it comes from pro-activism.
