It's true that what a woman is wearing hardly enters into the decision making process for a guy. Animal hides, ancient under garments, steel corsets. Once we get the scent it's pretty much auto pilot!
You forgot the granny panties with the spandex in them...the kind you wear under an unbelievably sexy, formfitting dress to hide the budding buddha belly!
You hit a chord with me here. I happen to be a BIG fan of "granny panties". I'm also a GUY and I'm not unusual in this - I know TONS of guys who have admitted they PREFER full cut white (nylon, preferred) broefs over any other kind except perhaqps thongs - and they actually come in second place or tie for first with them.
The reason is SIMPLE. Let's break down what they are here - full cut, white, nylon:
1) Full Cut: This means they don't cut ACROSS those sexy cheeks of yours or they make it LOOK like you have some sexy cheeks. They FRAME your buns!! Bikini's RUIN the visual of looking at your ass in panties. Thongs do the opposite by not interfering with the look - but, might as well be naked. Men like panties. Naked comes in second place, and that's a known fact.
2) White: White is the color of choice for guys and has been since the beginning of time. Virginal? Yeah, well, whatever. The fact is, light colors show off the CURVES better. That's why black is called a "slimming" color. Unfortunately, it also ruins the visual because you can't see of the SEXY curves, either. Most guys like girls with curves - and believe me, we;re not too picky about being overweight, as long as you have a nice curve going on. Big is good; it's only your girlfriends who don't understand that.
3) Nylon: Nylon or satin or silk are WAY better than cotton because it just FEELS good under your fingers. Lace is too rough. Some fine cotton is OK, though. And, cotton briefs are better than wearing any other kind, so it's still sexy, just not as good as it can be with nylon. I prefer nylon over satin or silk.
On a last note: Consider that in the 40's, 50's, and early 60's, women ONLY wore full cut briefs. The media was totally controlled by men, including advertising and marketing - and manufacturing. Do you think men would be in control and propogate panties they didn't LIKE?? Do you think that men's tastes have changed that much? No. What's changed is the media telling you what you should like, and girls are susceptible to that influence - as well as guys. But, at the end of the day, guys like 'granny panties', trust me. I';d say they even prefer them-0 but can't admit it. Wear some for your guy sometime and see if it doesn't drive him nuts.
Also, did you know that when Bridget Jones Diary came out sales of full cut brief panties went CRAZY in England? They couldn't keep up with demand, because Hugh Grant professed to liking them. Jessica Alba wears them; Marilyn Monroe wore them.
Lastly, MEN LOVE PANTY LINES!!!! Why on EARTH would that NOT be the case!!!?? You get a little thrill seeing what she's wearing underneath!! Men are pigs - we LOVE that stuff. It's only WOMEN worrying about other WOMEN who cause the problem here. Ask ANY guy if he likes pantylines - and be serious, because he will autopmatically say, No, just like if ask asks if he likes granny panties, cuz he'll think
JIM!!!! You nailed it!!!!! As a lifelong panty connoissuer, nylon full cuts are the only ones I am tempted to steal at the laundry area! Hah! I am sick of thongs.. They are not hip, and not new. They only show you are a sheep following MTV. I have had girlfriends wearing butt floss for over 30 years.. Ugghhhh! Give me a break... Nylon full cut, white, or black shiny panties are what makes us get instant wood.
That brings me to the next item... Girls, get it straight - thongs, pantyhose, and cotton panties suck. next time you want to impress a guy, try revealing your full cut panties, garter, (or a hot 8 garter split crotch panty girdle) and nylons. You gotta trust me on this... It will be a hit.
I completely agree with what most of the guys above are saying - yes, ladies, it's true - as one reader put it, nylon (or stretch satin) full briefs always yield "instant wood."
And to add my own two cents to the topic: Part of the appeal to me is *class*. There's just something extra classy about a woman in full brief panties. Kind of the way I feel about one-piece swimsuits, but that's a topic for another time. :)
Right on guys. This dreaded fear of panty lines is such BS. Marketing! To simulate the multi billion dollar industry needed a push so manufacturers came up with a new approach by convincing women that panty lines are the new plague.
Fact is it started with the introdution of hi-cuts. In the past we had three cuts; briefs, hipsters and bikinis. But all three were based on the same shape, they just lowered the waist band, but kept the leg band in the same place, under the cheeks. No panty lines!
The myth is hi-cuts make your legs look longer, BS. For women with any shape at all makes they're hips look wider. Full cuts blend the shape of your waist down to the thighs, the HOUR GLASS.
And as to cotton, we hate it. We love to feel a real womens ass, etc, though nylon. Fact; nylon is not a health issue. I have been with women wearing nylon for 33 years and not 1 had issue, not one.
Ladies, wear the right panties for you... Screw the media!
I have seen just about all types of womens underware during my dating episodes, but nothing as sexy as nylon granny panties. I first noticed them on my new girlfriend, when she bent over and i noticed the pink lovelies sticking out of the top of her jeans. Wow what a rush to see them bunched and all pushed up with their shimmering ripples and sheer naughtiness. I immediately new that I was due for further exploration of these new to me, and exotic intimates. When we finally got to have an intimate encounter together, I realized just how sexy these over sized panties really were. My girlfriend really liked wearing them, as she told me that they were the most comfortable underwear she had ever worn. She wears only nylon grannies everyday. How lucky could I be.
