Microevolution says a virus can change over time; macroevolution says a virus can change into a cow.

To be fair, they have updated this to read "bacterium" instead of "virus". Have to be accurate you know.

Or as the definition states in my textbook -

MACROEVOLUTION: The process whereby bacteria transform into cattle. See also Transbovination.
