Comments on Blowing & Drifting

I've been thinking about something similar recently. A few winters ago, I did all my exercise outside - regardless of temperature. Then I started going to the Y so I could do more than cardio (I was stair climbing for my trip to SA). This year, after a glorious six months exercising outside, I just haven't been able to force myself to go back to the Y yet. I wish I could make the same winter outside commitment as you, but with the broken foot, I can't risk exercising outside if it is slippery or snowy. I'll stick with outside for now, but I'll probably have to come in soon.
