In the interest of accuracy, our bedroom is actually not all that feminine. The comforter is plain white (sometimes covered with a patchwork duvet cover), there are no flower-printed fabrics to be found anywhere, there is nothing on the walls (because we are lazy and have neglected decorating since we moved in over 2 years ago, not in any attempt to create a genderless environment!). The curtains are plain, white, unadorned sheers. The furniture is wrought iron (bed) and plain white- painted (everything else). It's not feminine, it's just really, really boring.
The pillowcases are flower-pattern! (Sometimes.) And every guy knows that an all-white bedroom is chick-ish. Not even a giant Brett Favre poster could save it.
