So I ordered this dress on 3rd nov from your latest collection. And even made payment on that day itself. So your staff replied me saying it will come in a week time. So yeah, I waited and I've seen alot of comments that there's always delay and stuff like that. I wouldnt want delay cos I need the dress urgently. & hence I decided to take the initiative to email osf. Then to my dismay, your staff emailed me that there's no more stock. There's only backorder. And the backorder def won't be too late for my purpose. Thou she've refunded me, I still feel upset about this matter. I felt that she shld have checked if there's rly any more available stock and get inform me asap instead i've to ASK.
Like I've said, this is a feedback not smth to bring you down, so ya. Thank you!
