Hi Tammy I think that if you want to build up your blogshop even further, you can never forget the most important thing - service. So what if your clothes are selling like hotcakes? Seriously, I advise you to clear all remaining problems you have from past collections etc before embarking on the launch of a new collection. This is to prevent the current situation from WORSENING. Maybe you would like to take some time off to restructure your system of mailing out + replying emails? Seems like thats where all the problems crop up at.
