That was no "Tofurkey"... it was the noble "UnTurkey". Tofurkey is, as the name suggests, a big pile of tofu molded into weird little drumstick shapes. Eating that alongside Alex's Turducken would have been an insult. The "unbird" in the photo is actually an "UnTurkey" from Now & Zen. It's made of wheat gluten, which has a meaty texture.
