I visited New Orleans once, and clairvoyants, mediums, tarot card readers, mediums, mystics, and generally just odd characters crammed the place. You would think with all that peremptory power in one locale at least one diviner would have predicted Katrina. But not one did.
It was a complete failure of supersensory, transmundane abilities. For the good of the country, we must investigate this utter psychic calamity so that it never happens again.
The investigation should not include anyone or any part of the federal government. The Bush administration would bias the investigation to "intellecutal design" as the cause for Hurricane Katrina.
