That is an amazing thought. When people lived shorter lives, you'd cycle through a lot of generations in a century. No longer. Even though I'm only in my 40s, I knew many people who were still born in the 19th Century. Indeed, it sometimes amazes me that I was born only 16 years after WWII ended.
