For his sentence he should be hancuffed and shackled around the ankles and then give Pino another shot at him....

"For his sentence he should be hancuffed and shackled around the ankles and then give Pino another shot at him...."

They should take his pants down to his ankles, shackle his hands to his feet and then let Pino have a real shot at him. Get him used to prison life.

Great job officers. I'm just sorry this sack of excrement survived the ordeal. More tax dollars down the drain.

Poor doggy. Glad to not read about the dog being injured. I have no pity for the criminal who attacked the cop and the police dog.

I didn't read anything about Pino being injured. I'm sure being thrown to the ground only made him more ticked off.

Good job!

Great job. I hope they are ok also.

There was a high speed chase on Indian River Drive today also. I wonder why no tv station or news outlet has reported on this. I was headed north and the chase was southbound.

About 10 sherriffs patrol cars were chasing a 5k pound dodge ram pickup who sped by me at about 100.. ON INDIAN RIVER DRIVE??...

There was a news channel 5 helicopter nearby. I hope they got this guy. It sure changed my opinion on what should happen to people who run from the police.

[removed] 'em if they end up in the water after running.

If you read the police report on this incident. There is another suspect involved that was not caught. This is why the helicopter was dispatched. There is still a loose thief out here. Hope they catch them. They will be monitoring the area. This stupid idiotThomas Charles Ester put up a fight several times and left the officer without wind and hit him several times. The dog too. Fortunetely they are ok. I hope they sentence him good. We received calls from a recorder from the PSL saying that if you were victims to please file a police report. Our trailer got broken into the beginning of this year. I wonder if it was this loser.

Regardless of what he did to cop and dog he is still just a petty thief who will be out inside of a year. Thats what has to be so hard on a cop that has been around a while. No wonder they get jaded. I am surprised he even fought him, surley he is a known person who could be picked up at any time.

I think Office Colton should have shot him. If Ester is stupid enough to fight with the police and a police dog then I say shoot his A$$. Makes me wonder what he would have done to the car's owner if he had been caught by them instead of the police. If this jerk come onto my property, vandalized my things, and then attacked me and my dog, you can bet he's going to leave with more holes in him then what he came with.
