Another disappointment from Kolter.
I don't see this as Menin abandoning ship - clearly there's a market already in place in St. Lucie Co for this type of project. You'll see many of your neighbors down in PBG's at the mall and Downtown.
Probably was a case of two developers butting heads. Menin can probably get a better deal elsewhere. Too bad. SLW just isn't coming along commercially as many folks thought it would.
When the housing comes back, the higher end will bail.

More development on a four-lane street that already has terrible traffic??? I am thankful that this plan was ditched. I love the stores mentioned but this would have made the trafic impossible!
