Doctor Who at least did better on the Boston Globe list of top sci-fi TV shows than it did on a similar list in TV Guide a few years ago (the Doctor came in at something like #22 there). But why was Star Trek: Voyager ranked at #14, but Star Trek: Deep Space Nine left off entirely?
Exactly my thoughts, Eric. DS9 was much better than Voyager, and half the list. I would have added "Earth Above and Beyond" before some of those clunkers too.
Laura, have you been watching the new season of JLU? There was an episode this past Saturday with a character named "Devil Ray," and I'm 98 percent certain that it was an updated version of Black Manta. (There must be a rights issue somewhere.)
Eric and I should be watching those episodes soon. We're nearly caught up. We missed all of last season due to being entirely too busy. I'll blog about Devil Ray once I've seen the episode and give my opinion on the matter.
Actually, I don't believe I've ever told those stories, Paul. It was a really hard two years that have affected the way I look at life ever since. If people are interested I might try writing about it, but I'm not sure how much I'm willing to tell.
