I saw the movie and I'm pretty sure that he sat up. There were a few scenes where he was in PJ's and if it's the last one, he actually stood up. *shrug* Hope that helps. Although I could be totally wrong, just to let you know. ^^;;
I noticed the PJ's pretty quickly. You see Aquaman on the left sleeve pretty clearly, and when he sits up, you can see more of the figures. I thought it was pretty funny!
He kind of turns a little in his sleep and you get a better view of his left chest and shoulder area, but that's about it....
