Hi. I saw the pilot... and for never reading the comic i LOVED it. If there is any truth in the comic that is portrayed in the pilot then im hooked. i really want them to reconsider shelving the project.

As I previously stated: I really found the Aquaman pilot enjoyable! There are tons of directions and possibilities this show could have taken given more episodes. It was kinda like Smallville meets X-Files meets Laguna Beach.

I thought the acting wasn't Academy award winning but it wasn't bad. Justin Hartley did a good job and actually got me excited for the upcoming season of Smallville where he will be Green Arrow (my favorite DC hero- sorry AC!)While we are on that subject, the AC nickname didn't bug me like I thought it would. The special effects were decent for a tv show.
Anyway- the best $1.99 I ever spent.

Great story line, and like the previous poster said there are a bunch of directions the character can go. The pilot was better than I thought and the effetcs were were great for a tv show. I didnt like the actress who played the siren (but who cares, shes dead).
