In case you don't know where those bizarre sketches are from, replace Aquaman with Green Arrow saying "My ward is a junkie!", and replace the monkey with Speedy shooting heroin, and you've got the cover of Green Lantern #85, 1971 by O'Neil and Adams.

The other sketch is from another Adams/O'Neil GL, maybe #87, where GL admits to an old black man that he has not done enough to help blacks.

Bizarre, but funny if you, like me, remember the originals.
