Also, thought you might like this: on the last page "teaser" image from the new Booster Gold series, we see an image of Arthur in the Justice League while wearing his camoflague costume.

According to Geoff Johns, yes, all of the panels on that page are previews of upcoming stories in Booster Gold, similar to what was done on the relaunch of JSoA a few months back. (Notice also that under the week number, it says "The Final Crisis," so you are very possibly correct about the alternate universe.)

Maybe the end of SOA will be the resurrection of Arthur in the camo suit. It's not iconic at all, but I like that costume -- very distinctive!
