I'm jumping the gun a bit by commenting early, but it was great to finally meet you (albeit briefly) on Sunday. Sounds like you did the con right this year; I went in completely disorganized and without a list, so I wound up wandering around, feeling a bit lost. Next year, though, I hope I'll be at least half as organized as you were--probably makes for a much more satisfying experience!
Eh, jumping the gun or not, it was very cool to meet you (right after a cool Phil Jimenez moment, no less!).
My organization, learned the hard way from many years of cons, is very simple. Check the guest list for books to have signed. Put books in bag. Bring sketchbooks. Bring troll. Bring list of people I've already trolled (so I don't end up double-trolling too many folks). Expect that any plans you have will fall apart as soon as you hit the floor, so plan lightly and don't be committed to your plans.
The cards were a good idea from a few years back, and the troll cards were a great piece of genius that people asked for last year. I have more plans for those cards in the future.
And Jonathan, I wish I'd trolled you!! I thought of it after we were off in another section of the floor.
I think Magneto looks kind of like Ferris Bueller's friend Cameron, as he appeared later in life on SPIN CITY. No? A little? Or maybe a mixture of him and Ian McKellan...
