As for the Kindle, I don't know. I think I spend enough time looking at a computer screen as it is. I like to get my hands on real paper, too!

I once was giving blood years ago and I happened to overhear - the system wasn't as confidential then - the first five digits of someone's SS #. I wanted to go up to her and say, "Hey, did you grow up in Binghamton, NY?" but didn't want her to think I was eavesdropping. (Really, I wasn't.)
