I thought that was Aquaman's deal -- he didn't need to beat people up because he had, you know, other powers at his disposal.

I'm down about the cancellation, but hopefully in the issues remaining, Williams can finish up his story, and we will be getting AJ over in Batman and the Outsiders (Bedard basically confirmed it), so that's something until the inevitable reboot which brings Arthur back.

Of course, it's times like these that one has to remember that most comic shops have these wonderful things called back issue bins, where unread tales of former glory lie in darkness, waiting to be picked up, read, enjoyed, and cherished. I hate to agree with Brian Michael Bendis, but what we do now doesn't change what has already happened in the past.
