I was grinning from ear to ear all evening over this one. Will it change anything at Guantanamo? It depends on what the commander's boss tells him to do. So we'll see.

I fear that the prison's commander is right - nothing will change because the laws of the land, as upheld by the Supreme Court, don't count for one of us. Perhaps this would be an impeachable offense?

Maybe. Or make that another impeachable offense. I'm happy about the decision, but I'm cautiously pessimistic about the impact.
