I don't know who Sam is - but I sure know the others. Thanks for sharing the pictures. As soon as I opened your blog, I let out an "OHHHHH" - RT asked what it was, and we both oohed and ahhed over the photos - even though they're on my blog, too - it's nice to see them again.
Yes, I stole the pics. It seems like only yesterday I was swinging that sweet little tax deduction on my forearms or playing peep-eye.
Sam is the son of our close friends and former business partners, Steve and Laurie Craw, and brother to Rachel. Though we haven't seen as much as we would like of them the last few years, Sam and Rachel are two of our several "adopted" children along with the Burton kids. I have a cute picture of toddlers Sam, Rachel and Brannon playing in the bathtub. I used to threaten to get it out when they were teens. Sam graduated from Rome and was in "My Favorite Year" with Brannon. Now he has graduated from the U. of Colorado. Laurie sent us the graduation pics today.

Happy 2008! You did a good thing for us all way back when -- when you brought Sheila into our lives. I enjoyed seeing the pics you posted too.
