Well said, Terrell. Palin exceeded expectations, all right. But those expectations couldn't have been much lower, and rightly so.
Palin didn't exceed anything, she is
a dope, period.
Glad to have you stopping by, Alessan. Palin is wrong. She is unprepared for the role she's been given. She is nauseatingly glib. But she is no dope. She is an ambitious, even vicious, deceptively lovely -- as she has self-described -- pit bull. We underestimate her at our peril.
As SW says, she exceeded exceedingly low expectations. Polls show that she preached effectively to the choir, but she made no new converts. She actually lost support for McCain.
