I can see how you need a new pattern....and I'm guessing that you sometimes experience what *I* sometimes experience: knowing that you have eight sets of size wossname DPs but you have to start something new RIGHT NOW and all the others are in use so.....up to nine sets of size wossname DPs. I get hives on the postpeople's days off, like holidays....can you imagine how much WORSE it was when we didn't have e-mail EITHER??? Plus OHAI! I haven't commented in a while, but I've been here.
Augh! I would CRY if I didn't get mail for four days. I am totally emotionally dependent on junk mail.

I feel for you as I have the same issue with the postal service. If I want my mail forwarded I have to call the forwarding office and ask for them to forward it, usually including ID of the missing letter! And packages....ugh...USPS must go to the post office because we don't get USPS at the house. Even when the PO Box is confirmed correct they sometimes send my packages back. I don't know what I did to make them hate me.

If you thought I wondered if you were ungrateful, I didn't, I just thought OHMYGOD PLEASE DO NOT LOSE THE PRECIOUS PRECIOUS HANDSPUN IN THE MAIL. But I was totally calm about it, yo. It would have taught me a lesson though. If you are going to give handspun, give it in person. Fates, I have learned that lesson. Duly noted. Until I send off those mittens to Cookie.
