I JUST had a dream last night that I was a sous-chef, even though they don't have any, for a Top Chef contestant and I was making herbed mashed potatoes with au jus and the dumb-aii chef thought we had until 8 but we only had until 7:30 to finish so I just had 1/2 the amount of potatoes with milk, butter and nothing else.

LOVE cooking and I need to start stretching my creative muscles more.
