Oooh, recipes! Nothing like a little tex-mex when you're up to the knockles in snow. (Although - something about winter in the Upper Midwest makes *me* crave lutefisk and lefse - and I came from a Jewish home!) NOTE: you eat lutefisk out of a dimple in mashed potatoes DROWNED (as in, poured out of a church supper water pitcher) in *melted butter*. And you lapful of four-leg babies? How luscious is that? You know, by the way: brides can declare ANY day Valentine's and have a supper-and-a-movie thing going on. Doesn't have to be even in February. Just sayin'.
