Those lights! Oh my!
oh PLEASE come here! I'll hug you, give you cookies...,and homemade chicken soup with matzoh balls and roast chicken and a little chopped liver and - you look a little skinny, you know. And I'll pinch Travis' adorable cheeks and give you treats for the pets, and you can crawl through my stash although it's a bit plebeian. I'm a Jewish Mother/Bubbeh so you have to stay at LEAST a few days because Madison's the greatest and you have to see the Wonders of our fair town ("63 miles surrounded by REALITY"). We give "liberal" a whole new meaning. And besides, I'd need a week to put a little meat on your and Travis' bones. Didn't your parents ever feed you? OY!
It must be a truck driver thing, cuz my Travis would love to have his truck all pimped out with tons of LED lights and shining chrome! Trouble with the chrome is that it needs to be polished ALL THE TIME to stay nice and shining. He doesn't like to do that, and I ain't gonna do it, so our truck is usually grungy. (She's lucky to get washed let alone polished!) Our truck doesn't have nearly that many lights, either. Those LEDs are blinding at night, that's for sure!

surely those lights are illigal? I'd go a long way round save being stuck behind that. Plus I ALWAYS read your blog, drool over your yarn and wish I could play with rooster. Oh and wish I had the guts to knit myself some wedding stockings like you did. If you ever make it to England, give me a bell and come and fondle my stash. I'll even give you some yarn swapsies if I could get hold of a skein from your sock stash. I'm at least two hours from London so I don't expect you to visit but you would be very welcome.
Oh, and I love hugs and when I drink all that wine, I like to kiss on the lips, too! But just platonicaly!
