Unfortunately, the violent father produces sons, who are yet more violent. For two generations, Israel rightists have been trying to, with the help of the US, get back at the people living on what they see as their promised land, inhereted by the God Lord above.
Consider: if the Heavenly Father chose only the Hebrews, and Isrealis consider themselves to be the one true Hebrew, then surely these people are inheriting their promised land...at some point.
For some reason, I always thought, that my God above would be waiting for this group of people to be pure of heart, etc.
Until that day or night, I'm thinking the Hebrew should learn patience.

I agree that we are heading towards confrontation. Let’s hope that those with some kind of authority show genuine leadership and work this issue out. People are suffering and it exactly this kind of suffering that leads to conflict. And conflict will sadly only bring more suffering...
How much longer will the Palestinians have to suffer the cycle of abuse which is costing them a hundred times the price that Israel has to pay (in lives lost)?
