Reminds me of my mechanic. What he doesn't know about VWs could be written on the back of a postage stamp. One day, he actually had to call the factory on a procedure he hadn't done in about 17 years. The idiot... I mean, "customer" had the gall to say to him "Well, it sounds like you don't know what you're doing".

Sean let him live, but I doubt very seriously that he'll ever show his ugly face around the shop again.
