3. Rescind most Executive Orders, as most of them are anti-Constitutional anyway.
4. Order all our troops back home from everywhere except Afghanistan and Iraq.
5. Furlough all employees who "work" for the EPA, Department of (Mis)Education, and probably a couple of others (I'm open to suggestions).
