Ron, then let them be replaced with private sector insurance carriers that are willing to accommodate customers in a free market system. The moment government becomes the HMO then at that moment they own the public rather than being a servant of the public. This is an important concept which is not being projected; the big issue shown the public is how many dollars health care costs rather than what loss of choice will be if government gains control.

Well, I wonder if "deception" includes "saying what the boss wants to hear" in preference to the "real facts"?

Similarly, I wonder if involvement in encouraging (as a soubriquet) an army coup in Honduras, or concealing the absence of WMD in Iraq, or concealing the true events between Russia, Georgia and Armenia might qualify as "trivial"?

Problem is Health care in the US. is not a free market system today and really never has been. Health care started out as private or muninciple non-proffit, and has over the last 30 years gravitated to a for-profitt system. It is become corrupted by the love of money. That needs to change.
The change to private for profitt was not a naturall change. It was forced.

I heard about this CIA withholding info from Congress, apparently they're trying to get Dick Cheney for it, and apparently he said they couldn't keep a secret. Well that sounds like a fair reason when it comes to leftists if you ask me, if they're not outright supporting the enemy, they're assisting them in other ways.
