Would it not have worked even better to use the steps outlined in Matthew 18:15-17? Did even one of these faculty, ask the President?
Wayne....certainly agree. While the article doesn't talk about previous activity, it would be fruitless to assume anything. My gut would tell me, based on the quotes from the Academic VP and the faculty members, that folks have talked to him. Certainly writing this letter having never approached him on the subject or asked to be heard out would be unprofessional to say the least. Perhaps I gave the faculty too much credit in my post without knowing more of the background. Again, Thanks!
