"He or she should fearlessly explore personal shadows so they are not projected out onto others"

This is so true! I saw an article about this many years ago and they had some examples that brought this to life. We all have our shadows, but as leaders they get magnified and they affect many, many people. Is this handled in your program?

Great question Hector. This issue is addressed indirectly in the way we talk about servant-leadership (the importance of personal prayer, meditation, etc) Directly it is addressed in two courses: Spiritual Development across the Lifespan, and Spirituality of Work.
