This is an encouraging story. Too often universities like the idea of servant leadership but do not want to change ancient stratified structures and attitudes that implementing Greenleaf's ideas would require. Those systemic changes need to start in little ways.

I like this a lot. Because of the setting, the students will be able to get a good example of servant-leadership up close...
