Thanks for the link. If you dig around my blog, you'll find quite a bit of leadership stuff (not that you in particular are probably looking for anything). I am working on a Masters of Divinity in Transformational Leadership. I love learning about and teaching others how to lead well. Leadership is a consistant theme in my blogging, or at least as consistant as anything I blog about.
