I did find the Southwest Airlines article interesting. Great how the airline was not afraid to show their employees "live" at work. Demonstrates to me the confidence management has in their employee's abiltiy to strive first and foremost to serve the customer. Obviously servant leadership can work!

THANKS FOR ALLOWING PEOPLE THAT FLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FORM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER WHERE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRYING TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS AT THE VAROIUS AIRPORTS.CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN BE A VERY HUMBLING JOB AT TIMES.I RECALL SEEING A PROGRAM WHERE A EALDERLY MAN HAD HAD AN ACCIDENT BETWEEN FLIGHTS AND A SOUTHWEST MAN HELPED GET HIM CLEANED UP IN THE RESTROOM!!
