Servant leadership is self-less thinking. Becoming others focused with the big picture in mind. Never lose sight of the human in all of us. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Admit your faults. Praise the work of your team. No one knows everything. With that in mind- serve with all your heart, soul, mind and spirit and God's spirit will guide you.
