The video is great! It has a nice mix of people from different backgrounds, and it makes some very good points. One thing that is 'in there' but could even be more reinforced is how at first Servant Leadership seems 'soft' but the deeper one gets in the study the more meaning it has - I'm not wording that well- and Mike Keifer touched it - so maybe that's enough he said "it draws you in" - which is very true. WE know that there is an evidence based philosophy behind all of our learning but I'm not sure people realize that as much as they might.
It's a GREAT video as it stands.
