Thanks for the tip on the site, Trevor. Southwest Airlines even interviews prospective pilots in the way described. They have a few other surprising techniques that they probably did not want published so job applicants would not be savvy to them. Suffice it to say that SWA rewards behavior congruent with servant-leadership.
