I agree with Fassel.... the implicaiton seems to be that when work dominates our being, life in the holistic sense ceases, or at the very lest is diminished and takes a subordinate role.

I do not think that servant leaders should have to do all the work or leadership alone. There is the idea of community of servants, or shared leadership. The job of the servant leader should also be to develop other servants. In this way, the work will be shared.
