Insights on Leadership remains one of my favorite books. I find Christine's words so powerful. In our productivity based, efficiency oriented work world, how wonderful it is when being 'other focused' takes priority over financial gain.
We will be in a better place when leaders understand that if the common good is supported the rest will come and if it's not, it won't.

Thanks for your thoughts. The challange I have with Insights on Leadership is that it is so packed with wisdom it is hard to focus on one piece of it. I think the real challange is to become those leaders that support the common good.
