Conceptualization about the future and Innnovation are skills that many organizations are outsourcing. More of the R&D, product development, futurist work is drawn from a community outside of many organizations. I have found conceptualizer need to find their voice in the ROI and strategic planning dialogues that allow others to value their unique leadership abilities. Loved your post.
