I am seeking information about the actual "practice" of Servant Leadership in the corporate workplace. I have recently joined this company and my project over the next few months is to design and implement a Servant Leadership philosophy within the company. I have yet to come across any information that outlines the training modules needed to take it from theory to practice.

Can you possibly steer me in the right direction?

I don't have a specific answer for you, but you might want to check out the Greenleaf Center For Servant Leadership listed under the links on the top right hand side of the page. They have quit a bit of reference information available on implementing Servant Leadership.
